Great space for friends to meet up. Enough space to host a marketing group! All the employees are kind and have smiles on their faces.

I don't necessarily need to come here due to having my own diet/nutrition plan I can easily create at home but I had a couple coupons so I decided to give it a try. I tried one of the teas, the coffees and the shakes. The tea tasted like an energy drink but without the carbonation. The coffee tasted like what I make at home (cold coffee and a scoop of protein powder). Then the shake was an almond chocolate but I tasted more of the nut flavor than anything. Due to allergies, sometimes I have an allergic reaction to certain chocolates which causes a mild cough so I didn't necessarily expect it after I finished off the drink. The bonuses of coming here is cutting back on the amount of sugar you're consuming (I workout and perform martial arts on a regular and also participate in races once a month). Now if you're looking as a substitute for cutting cravings and cutting back on the amount of calories you're consuming, by all means, come here. Do what you can to work on your nutrition. As someone who has been doing this for over a year now, I've found better alternatives with more flavor than what I found here. You can still enjoy a balanced diet and nutrition and have great flavor without the sugar. (Here, they use stevia. I'm not sure what type of sweeteners are in the protein drinks.) Because there's such a vast variety of protein brands out there, you definitely don't know what you're going to get in the area of flavor and nutrition without feeling like "I don't like this, this isn't working for me" especially if you're new to changing your nutrition and having a better workout routine.I personally like Coscto's and Scheels protein options. You'll find better tasting protein options/foods/nutrition if you want something that has a lot of flavor and gives you the nutrition/calorie cutting you need. You can totally make your own protein snacks as well.I also enjoy making my own protein coffee (purchasing local coffee whole beans or grounds) and mixing my favorite protein in it. It works great and you'll be able to experiment on your own if you want something better. This is what I did to cut back on purchasing sugar filled coffee options from places like Starbucks and Caribou.Lastly, service is great, owner and other people are really nice. The space is pretty comfortable as well if you ever want to come and do some work or studying so I'll give them that.Kid-friendliness: Offers free flavored drink with stevia for sweetening to kids.

Clean and quiet atmosphere. Walked in after a rough couple days and a crying binge. The owners made me feel welcome and well cared for. The drinks they recommended were fantastic and made me feel so good! Will definitely be back! Thanks for turning a tired mom's frown upside down!

Staff was friendly for the most part, although they did seem a bit annoyed with the fact that it was my first time there and I didnt know what exactly to do or what I wanted. The tea was great and the shake was good. All in all I'd go back to this location again.
