Update- This place is still the best! Drink menu has been updated. Everything we had was so tasty and well balanced.
Atmosphere is cozy and lively. We sat down and a table and even though the place was packed, our server came over very quickly to take our drink orders. The drinks are delicious, very well balanced. My wife and I will be back to try out their happy hour.

This is in the lower level under Mezzaluna. The good: It is a speakeasy type bar with a hidden door labeled as storage. Quiet, nice place for drinks, light eats. We were there for dinner at Mezzaluna, we went to the Drawing room for before dinner drinks. Although in the basement, the place is open and intimate. Good selection of cocktails and a full bar. The bar menu for food changes often, has high end appetizers and light meals. The menu and website have a nice history of the "drawing room" term. The not so good: No downside here. Go, enjoy. They do not take reservations, all first come first serve. I don't consider that a downside though, it is primarily a bar.

From out of town and found this by a quick google search. Fun speakeasy vibe! Cocktails were fantastic! Knowledgeable staff if you need recommendations for a drink. This place is new, and worth checking out soon! Didn’t get anything to eat, but food looked delicious coming out.
Had an amazing experience at The Drawing Room! Wonderful intimate atmosphere with great drinks, food and service! My favorite drink was the gin and tonic with the house made tonic! The deviled eggs and glorified rice were so good! The bartenders were attentive and entertaining. I highly recommend The Drawing Room if you’re looking for a night out for drinks with friends!

We went to the Drawing Room on Thursday night and fell in love with it. It is an intimate environment that is perfect for any group. We were impressed by everything especially the service. That really sets it apart from anything else in Fargo.
The Best D*mn Negroni, Marinated Olives and Milk and Cookies were our favorites. Treat yourself and make the Milk and Cookies boozy. You won’t regret it!

We went to The Drawing Room for the first time last evening and had an amazing experience. Love the ambience, decor and intimate atmosphere. The unique, upscale cocktails were delicious, we really enjoyed the featured rhubarb drinks! Great small plate and dessert selection, a few of our favorites were the marinated olives, deviled eggs and glorified rice. Great addition to downtown Fargo. Definitely our new favorite location to relax and enjoy drinks!
