My favorite in Fargo, with the best beer selection, and wonderfully prepared meat (it was my birthday and I typically don't eat meat more than once a week, so as a treat it was among my favorite BDay treats). Our waiter was wonderful, and shocked that I almost managed to polish off all of the fries that came with the steak! Great decor. They had the NBA Draft on the TV, an annual BDay tradition for me, and my partner and I both rated it the best of our Fargo tour.

First time in Fargo ND, it was a great meal!

Food was good, nothing to write home about. Make sure you have a backup item in mind to order because staff doesn’t communicate out of stock items. Had to change my selection twice after arriving. Also don’t bother looking at the online menu. The one they have in house is vastly different. Came here with intention of trying two dishes one was out the other wasn’t on the restaurant menu.

I'm sad this place will be closing soon. Really good tasty food, service is good. Cocktails are really good too. It's right downtown, making it a good date night spot.

A gem!
Good vibe, lovely to see friends hanging out together here. Food was tasty though portions were unbalanced like too much sauce/meat not enough pasta (though you definitely get value) and mega cookies (known oops - still yummy just too much).

I really needed my intake of veg and the salad was exactly right. Of all things. I savor those bites. LOL

Parking out front was easy at a meter. I went at 9pm on a Friday. Homecoming was an uni so might have taken some of the busy away. Was just in town for a short while. Would love to come back!

The food is good and the cheesy fried pickles are excellent. However what I always really came here for was the cocktails. A while back they took the Rescue Dog off the menu which is understandable since the Three Pins liqueur is hard to get (we tried ourselves!). But more recently they completely redid and severely cut down their cocktail menu. They took off the Winter is Coming, the Scofflaw, the Blood and Sand, the London Frog, and numerous others. I only drink whiskey cocktails, so the only thing left for me on the cocktail menu is an Old Fashioned variant which is just ok. Very disappointing. I may come back for the pickles, but will not be going nearly as frequently as we used to.

Love The Toasted Frog. Excellent menu with gf options and substitutes. Really appreciate a menu and ambiance that isn't necessarily bar food and atmosphere. I eat here every time I'm in town.

The food here is always amazing and the drinks are phenomenal. Our server this weekend was Paul and he was so kind and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and was definitely a fantastic example of a great server. I highly recommend Toasted Frog to anyone looking for a nicer place to grab some dinner and a cocktail.

The cheesy pickles are so good. So is their pizza. The staff was friendly. If you're in the area I highly recommend checking them out!
