My friends and I didn't order food but they ordered drinks and I had a soda and water. Only put 2 videos because they were going to shorten them to 30 sec.

The bar tender needs to be fired we went last night they werent busy at all but it took forever to get drinks cause the bartender was too busy trying to pick up dates from customers,I had to get somebody else to even get his attention to get a beer, then when we were getting ready to leave I paid my tab with my card, was going back to the table to get cash, and hes whining about no tip not even knowing what I was doing,he got his $10 tip even though hes lazy only brought 1 round to the table, then he didnt even pour the beer into a frosty glass,he needs to get a life

Lol wow. I just walked into the Windbreak after convincing my friend to go there with me when they really didn’t want to. The bartender walks up and says “what’re you drinking” no smile. We’re like hey! How are you how’s your night? I tried to order a spicy Tito’s caesar and the bartender looks me in the eyes and say “I’m not making that for you right now”. As the Clamato is sitting on top of the cooler. I said wait are you serious? And he said yeah. Buddy I volume bartend for a living. Never would I ever talk to or treat a customer like that?? You can stop by my bar some night after work and I will gladly make you whatever drink you want with a full bar and a smile on my face :) you have definitely lost me as a customer. I came over Pourhouse and this bartender gladly made me exactly what I wanted with a smile on his face. Do better.

First time in this place, it was a nice place to hangout. Had a mini casino and billiards and on certain days they have live bands.

Critic Of your establishment

Bar tenders need to be paid more, smells of musty booze and maybe mold. Mugs taste of chemicals, Guy said he makes $6.50 an hour. Would not check on me unless I gave him a dollar extra per drink, even though he watched me the entire time and went out of his way to ignore me. Place was empty even maybe 6 people in the place, overall unpleasant experience for not being busy.

We had a group of people. Every employee we talked to was kind. The Casino employees were very friendly and helpful too. Keep up the good work.
