I attended the Sanford Cancer Survivorship retreat on September 11 and Brewhalla was the perfect venue!

Chocolate croissant was delicious. The vanilla latte had no flavor. They don’t sell water bottles and then charge $1 for a cup of water. Staff was nice but didn’t seem to be able to keep up with the few customers waiting.

Great dog friendly businesses! Gelato is fantastic along with the pizza place located inside. All vendors within are friendly and very helpful.

Thunder never fails to deliver a great beverage. Latte, cappuccino, matcha, it’s all really good. Their space in Brewhalla is limited but they make the most of it with their seating options and lid/straw station. I’ve never been met with a crabby barista and their pastries are pretty good too.

Overpriced, chaotic behind the counter, slow service, and did I say overpriced? Only small cups available at large cup prices. Not coming back.

Our drink tasted watered down pretty disappointing for our first time trying the place.

I want to like Thunder, but the last couple times we have gotten it, it has been disappointing. Yesterday, I got an iced latte and the coffee in it was so bitter and old tasting. The other thing that is crazy to me is they only have whole milk, unless you want to pay $1 extra for oat or almond milk. The tea drinks that they have tend to be good, but I would not recommend the coffee. For the price, there are so many other better options in town that it makes it hard to justify stopping here.

I got coffee from here twice! One time last year when we stayed at the Brewhalla Hotel and we just got coffee and breakfast sandwiches over the memorial weekend! All the staff I encountered were nice and friendly! Latte I ordered was good and the turkey sandwich was great! Some people might say the coffee is not big enough (if you like to order large) because their coffee looks like kind between small-medium but that’s perfect size for me! Nothing really negative to say but the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is their coffee is not my favorite.

Super convenient if you’re at the hotel and legitimately good coffee! Super nice staff. Latte was really good and sausage burrito was really good too(burrito was a little small but but I’m a big guy). Had Decaf espresso for my wife too, which is such a HUGE plus.

Kind and friendly staff! Would recommend getting coffee here just off of the customer service alone.

A Dog-Lover’s Mixed Experiene My stay at Brewhalla began wonderfully. The corner King Suite was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond—everyone, from the front desk to the market team, was exceptionally courteous and attentive. Under normal circumstances, this would easily be a perfect stay… however, there’s a glaring contradiction that left me baffled and disappointed: the hotel’s strict no-pets policy clashes shockingly with its otherwise dog-friendly vibe. Brewhalla’s market area is a paradise for pet owners! Well-behaved dogs are welcomed warmly, and the atmosphere radiates inclusivity for furry companions. This makes the hotel’s stance even more confusing. How can a space so openly embrace dogs in its market yet ban them from rooms entirely? As a traveler who values pet-friendly accommodations, this policy feels out of touch with Brewhalla’s own community. The issue became personal when my friend arrived in town with their dog, forcing me to cut my 5-night stay short and relocate to a different hotel. Brewhalla’s target audience—young, adventurous, and responsible travelers—often includes pet owners who prioritize their animals as family. To exclude this demographic feels like a missed opportunity. Responsible pet guardians (like my friend and me) aren’t asking for leniency; we’re seeking consistency with the market’s welcoming spirit. My animals are non-negotiable companions, and I urge Brewhalla to realign their hotel policy with their market’s dog-friendly ethos. The disconnect remains a dealbreaker for pet-loving guests like myself 💔 I'm hoping they rethink this policy—it’s the final puzzle piece to make Brewhalla truly unforgettable. The pictures are of the corner King Suite room.

The drinks are amazing, I love that they have a rotating menu, and the veggie burritos are TO DIE FOR. Highly highly recommend.

One of their venders “Livin’ the Dream Pottery” by Mr. Swanson took my $750 dollars and never completed my pottery order. After repeatedly requesting a refund he never sent me one.
