we have been here for many events and enjoyed most. this past Saturday the 20th KRAMPUS was the theme..... crap fest, the only thing that had anything to even come close to Krampus is pop up tattoo by Amrock with only 1 krampus tattoo $300. Such a let down I am not sure your pr team put any effort into this it was like just a regular Saturday there. If you are going to use an icon item, at least try to find items to tie in like a photo spot, and pop up store with featured items,...

Chocolate croissant was delicious. The vanilla latte had no flavor. They don’t sell water bottles and then charge $1 for a cup of water. Staff was nice but didn’t seem to be able to keep up with the few customers waiting.
