I came in on 2/2 for a jetty punch with peanut butter. The girl clearly didn't hear me which happens, and charged me a 2nd peanut butter drink which i didn't want. I also gave a generous tip. Where my frustration lies was the lack of solution to the mistake and being willing to help. All 3 girls working gave me the biggest dear in the headlight look on when I asked for a refund and ALSO refused to take my information down regarding the overcharge. It's 2/12 and I know fully well it wasn't brought up to management properly as am still out $10+. Would have brushed it off but it was so unprofessional I can't not say something.

I went in this juice shop last week after a workout and it was a pretty solid experience overall. The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, not too loud or rushed. I ordered a green juice with apple and ginger, and it tasted fresh, not overly sweet like some places do. The staff was friendly and answered my questions without acting annoyed, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair for the portion size. It did take a few extra minutes to get my drink, but nothing crazy. I’d come back again when I’m in the area.

Great food an usually pretty gud staff w/sum exceptions from time 2 time but the building so blah but I guess I'm just used 2 eye catching colors an emblems but they do got a kick back quiet time kinda feel which is gud 2 sumtimes..

I absolutely love the smoothies and staff are super nice, but it is hardly ever open on time. I work at 7:30am, so I get there at 7am and usually wait for 10 minutes and half the time, they don't open. I wish the store actually opened on time so I could get a breakfast smoothie :(

Went here during my lunch break yesterday and ordered a simple buffalo chicken wrap with no tomato, and it had 2 beans in it (which didn't really matter to me), then I had a dead Asian beetle in my wrap.

I expected the Caribbean jerk to be a little spicier. Are at least comes with sauce in it. Didn't know i had to ask for sauce. Drove 20 miles home and was disappointed..

I love tropical smoothie but this one is constantly messing up. I’ve given this restaurant a lot of chances and have been disappointed everytime. If you’re craving tropical the one on 45th is the way to go!
I sent in an online order, to be picked up at 12:30. When my son got there at 12:30, half the order was missing. It took the employees over 15 minutes to acknowledge my son, while he stood at the counter trying to get their attention. It took another 15 minutes for them to make the rest of the order that was forgotten. I love Tropical Smoothie, but that was unacceptable.

I love the smoothies, I could have one every day. The watermelon is my favorite. You can get a smoothie made the way you want it. The food is great for lunch or snack.
