Went to get my 11 dollar bowl for breakfast and I get the bahama mama bowl and the smoothie is literally frozen solid. Like ice rock solid there was absolutely zero chance of eating this. Brought it back in and the employees said sorry it will thaw out in a little bit . No refund no substitution. Not usually a karen but like bruh this is insane

Oh man, our lunch here was delightful. The wrap, the quesadilla, and the peanut butter banana flatbread were all delish. The smoothies were light and fresh and absolutely refreshing. Great stop for a quick bite!

Employee vs management having a heated conversation in the lobby about phone use, ladies in the way back standing around talking, waited at the counter for a few minutes for them to notice me and take my order. Less likely to come back if I keep walking into an atmosphere like that.

Excellent tasting smoothies. This was my first visit here. I ordered the Pomegranate Plunge, and it's delicious. Customer Service could use an improvement, though. We asked for a spoon to go with one of the smoothies for my child who is currently unable to use a straw, and it was forgotten. I asked where the spoons were, and she just walked away, assuming she was getting a spoon. we stood there a few minutes. My son hollered, "Excuse me," to the back, and another person working looked towards us, then continued to sweep. Finally, another came over, and when we asked for a spoon, she grabbed it no problem, then just walked away. What ever happened to good service "is there anything else you need" "have a nice day" "thanks for stopping or come again" I miss the old school ways that should still be said today because manners and being polite never goes out of style.

This is one of my favorite restaurants but I ordered the thai chicken wrap and asked for extra thai sauce and it is the driest wrap I've ever gotten. Pretty disappointing considering I live an hour away and didnt start eating it until I was home.

The mango magic smoothie, the Bahama mama smoothie, the Baja chicken wrap, the chicken bacon ranch flatbread, and the supergreen Caesar salad were all delicious. And the smoothies are not too sweet.
My mother likes to go this place for smoothies. We were traveling back from Albertville, and we stopped in 12 minutes before it closed. I understand what an inconvenience it must've been for 2 smoothies. I've worked similar places but people don't have good customer service anymore.

We went around lunchtime and there were a couple other people in line. There were plenty of workers but only one came up to the counter and said it was going to be a while and didn't bother taking anyone's orders. We waited for a little while but no orders were taken so everyone left. We were surprised that they were willing to turn over 5 people's orders away just because it was busy.
