I love tropical smoothie but this one is constantly messing up. I’ve given this restaurant a lot of chances and have been disappointed everytime. If you’re craving tropical the one on 45th is the way to go!

I sent in an online order, to be picked up at 12:30. When my son got there at 12:30, half the order was missing. It took the employees over 15 minutes to acknowledge my son, while he stood at the counter trying to get their attention. It took another 15 minutes for them to make the rest of the order that was forgotten. I love Tropical Smoothie, but that was unacceptable.

I love the smoothies, I could have one every day. The watermelon is my favorite. You can get a smoothie made the way you want it. The food is great for lunch or snack.

They have the option for curbside but they never bring out the orders. You always have to go in and grab it yourself..

Everytime I come here I have an amazing experience and I come here a lot! The gentleman that works in the morning always has my togo order ready before I get there and he always has a smile! 10/10 recommend this location.

I got opposite of what I had ordered. I wanted no mangoes and instead. They doubled the mangoes so that was kind of bumming for me. Didn't realize it until I was already out of the parking lot

Went to get my 11 dollar bowl for breakfast and I get the bahama mama bowl and the smoothie is literally frozen solid. Like ice rock solid there was absolutely zero chance of eating this. Brought it back in and the employees said sorry it will thaw out in a little bit . No refund no substitution. Not usually a karen but like bruh this is insane

Oh man, our lunch here was delightful. The wrap, the quesadilla, and the peanut butter banana flatbread were all delish. The smoothies were light and fresh and absolutely refreshing. Great stop for a quick bite!
