Edit: the way I was told to reach out to you is how I originally reached out in the first place and got no response back so no, I won't be reaching out again.

Smoothies are usually good but they got to figure out their food and customer service. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread with no modifications and I got a flatbread with just dry chicken and cheese on it. I reached out to customer service about this experience with the same pictures and didn't receive any response. Just get smoothies here, dont waste your money on food. Spent over 15$ on a smoothie, small bag of chips and this flatbread i took one bite of and had to throw away.

The cashier and smoothie preps were prepping smoothies with no protective gloves on . And rubbing their noses šŸ‘ƒ before making smoothies.
It was not a sanitary environment!.

Went in for Veterans Day promotion, checked on the website before coming but they said in store they didn’t have anything.

I ordered the all American breakfast wrap,
chicken bacon ranch flatbread, and bahama mama smoothie. The flatbread and smoothie were okay, the smoothie was a bit too sweet. The breakfast wrap was supposed to have sausage, egg & cheese. I took a bite and the only thing inside the wrap was bacon and sausage. No egg or cheese? I was hoping if I took another bite I’d get to the egg and cheese but it was not there. Very disappointed!

Online it would not apply my promo code. Went to the store to scan the promo. Took 10 minutes for someone to assist. Was told my bowl would be frozen if that's okay. I said okay and then told her I had a promo. She said the machine is broken. I asked if she could use the other register. She told me she did not want to open another register. Terrible service.

5 years later and the price isn’t so reasonable anymore. The smoothies are still excellent. They taste great. After placing my order, I was prompted to leave a tip. My smoothie was almost $10 so I didn’t feel like I needed to leave a tip. When I went to pay, the credit card machine rejected my card with the error message ā€œbad tipā€ across the screen. I tapped my card again and it went through. Instead of embarrassing customers for not wanting to leave a tip for every little purchase, pay your employees a better wage so disgusting business practices like this don’t become the norm.

Fantastic healthy food and smoothies at a reasonable price.

I need to stop coming here. I have a food allergy and half the time I sub my allergen they put it in anyway. I’m tired of paying $9 after tip and throwing the smoothie away.

I got myself an Avocolada smoothie and wondered why it tasted so damn sweet. On the website I found that all smoothies are sweetened with turbinado. That wasn't clear in the shop. Why the extra sugar? A smoothie should be healthy and not a candy. Very disappointing…

Kelsey is a super disrespectful girl and needs to be retrained about customer service. I came in and asked for my extra smoothie that would be thrown down the drain as waste and she said I had to pay for it. I said well I used to be the assistant manager and we never charged and she said "I don't care you have to pay" literally those words, in such a rude and disrespectful way. I said she doesn't have to talk to me like that and she said " I don't care you were the assistant manager you have to pay". She could've just said "we'll theres a new policy change so we charge now" I would've been okay, but the attitude was crazy and so disrespectful. Telling a customer you dont care as one of the first things out of your mouth is crazy and shouldnt be tolerated. I didn't even argue just asked her name and left and she wanted to be snarky and say have a good day. She needs an attitude adjustment and a talk for real, because I can just imagine how she talks to customers and that's unacceptable. Your assistant manager just stood there also so she needs to be retrained on how to correct her employees behavior. I usually don't leave negative reviews but she really had me seeing red. Will be talking to the Manager Baraka.

This restaurant was recommended to me and so we decided to try it. I had the Santa Fe 'dillas' and it was delicious. I added a smoothie to my meal which was also top notch. My husband was able to sub Splenda for his smoothie which was a wonderful option for his health needs. The service was quick and the order accurate. I will go back again!
