I had trouble with a DoorDash order and the staff on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. The smoothies came fast and were great. Thank you guys!!

I put in a curbside order at this location as there is no drive thru and I have a back injury that makes it difficult to walk at this time. I called when I arrived and asked about their curbside area as it is not clearly marked, and they told me where to park. Nobody brought my food out within ten minutes of being there so I had to walk in to the store (painfully) and both associates were chatting and not doing anything. Very disappointed in the service as I had called when I arrived and they did not help me.

Our food was sloppy, there was sauce all over the wrap upon opening which made it hard to eat. There was hardly any chicken. I basically paid for a tortilla filled with buffalo sauce and lettuce.

Don’t order food here. I ordered smoothies, a quesadilla, and a chicken salad here. The smoothies saved this review from being a 1-star. The quesadilla didn’t have enough cheese on it and I believe the chicken on the salad made me sick (food poisoning?) for a couple days. Maybe I’ll come back for a smoothie, but that’s it.

Every year I look forward to coming here for the free smoothie on my birthday. This year I came up to the register, showed them my ID to prove it’s my birthday, and was told I need to have their app for the free smoothie - no problem, stepped out of line and went to download the app. Got it all set up, enabled notifications, put in my birthday, etc. Then went to checkout to scan the code and was told I need to have the app for “longer time” ok then why did I just step out of line and do all this? I asked if there was anything that I could do and they said just pay full price for my smoothie. I left with no smoothie and it put a real damper on my birthday and hurt my feelings. I would personally never treat a customer that way. I have been going here for 10+ years and will never return over 1 birthday smoothie.

Edit: the way I was told to reach out to you is how I originally reached out in the first place and got no response back so no, I won't be reaching out again.
Smoothies are usually good but they got to figure out their food and customer service. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread with no modifications and I got a flatbread with just dry chicken and cheese on it. I reached out to customer service about this experience with the same pictures and didn't receive any response. Just get smoothies here, dont waste your money on food. Spent over 15$ on a smoothie, small bag of chips and this flatbread i took one bite of and had to throw away.
No drive-thru!?! Other than that it's great!

Went in for Veterans Day promotion, checked on the website before coming but they said in store they didn’t have anything.
I ordered the all American breakfast wrap,
chicken bacon ranch flatbread, and bahama mama smoothie. The flatbread and smoothie were okay, the smoothie was a bit too sweet. The breakfast wrap was supposed to have sausage, egg & cheese. I took a bite and the only thing inside the wrap was bacon and sausage. No egg or cheese? I was hoping if I took another bite I’d get to the egg and cheese but it was not there. Very disappointed!

Online it would not apply my promo code. Went to the store to scan the promo. Took 10 minutes for someone to assist. Was told my bowl would be frozen if that's okay. I said okay and then told her I had a promo. She said the machine is broken. I asked if she could use the other register. She told me she did not want to open another register. Terrible service.
