What a dandy find! đ The name alone had me curious, so I called my granddaughter, told her to get ready, and off we went. We rolled in about 15 minutes before closing, but youâd never know itâthey still greeted us with the biggest, friendliest smile. The nice lady didnât mind our million questions, got our to-go order packed up, and sent us off happy.
Naturally, we had to sneak a taste before heading home. I grabbed the strawberry cheesecake (or maybe it was shortcake? Either way, delicious!) with a cold brew latte. My granddaughter went for the chocolate peanut butter cup and one of those funky tea drinks with the popping boba ballsâstrange at first, but oh-so good đ.
The whole experience was just fun, tasty, and a little bit adventurous with sooo many choices to pick from. Definitely not just a âdrive by and wonderâ spotâpull in, because itâs worth it!
Big thanks to the sweet lady who served us right before closing, still smiling like it was the middle of the day. Everything hit the spotâweâll 100% be back!

I first discovered Vampire Penguin on a trip to Florida and thought the shaved snow desserts were THE best thing Iâd ever tasted. Iâm from the Twin Cities so this is our closest locationâŠFargo/Moorhead people, youâre super lucky to have a Vampire Penguin in town, so keep them in business by coming here a lot!! :)

They have very delicious snowcones here! They have plenty of flavors, can create your own or order a themed cone. They also have a wonderful selection of frozen & hot drinks. They sell merch too. Very decent hours. Amazing staff! Highly recommend if in area.

The brewed coffee is really good. Pricing is on the low side of brewhouse shops. Great area for people with little kids. Plenty for kiddos to do while caretakers sit back for a bit.
