I had a great experience at this Wendy’s! The food was fresh and really tasty, and I got it pretty quick. The restaurant was very clean, and the service was excellent. Lamonte, who helped me at the front counter, was kind, professional, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had to a fast food place in a while. Great job to the whole team!

I am editing my previous one star review because of the huge improvement they have had over the years. I’m glad I gave them a second chance. I recommend this Wendy’s.

I ordered online and went throught the drive-thru to get my food. When I told them I was there for my mobile order and the name the mobile order was under, they told me that they didnt have any mobile orders and that i should make sure I was at the right address. So I checked the address, which was correct, and went inside to show them my confirmed and paid for order. When I walked inside, the drive thru lady was coughing on the fries as she was putting them into the cartons. When I showed the cashier and then the drive-thru lady that I was at the right location and that my food had been confirmed and paid for-they continued to tell me they wouldn't give me my food and that they didn't and haven't had any mobile orders. It was only when my boyfriend stepped in and started saying the exact same thing I had been trying to tell them, did the drive-thru lady magically produce my completed order and attached receipt from the back along with my melted frosty.

I ordered from Uber from this place multiple times, and it is always a gamble, cause so many times I order food, and Im missing an item, or get the wrong one.

Im a little more pissed this time when I ask for a refund from Uber this time, I got less than what my last ordered items were actually worth.

Get someone to actually check if the orders are right, cause this apprently is a common mistake according to a lot of reviews.

The person at the counter didn't understand what we were saying because they didn't speak English clearly.
I then watched in horror as every employee waltzed around slowly while no communication happened. Not only did they get my order wrong but it took them an extra 15 minutes to assemble the order even though it was right in front of us on the counter.
By that point, my fries were soggy and cold.

Also noticed a sickly sweet smell from the drink dispenser. Realized it was extremely dirty.
When I went to the bathroom, it was also extremely dirty.

Obviously it's Wendy's, so it's nothing fancy. But every time I go there, if I get at more than 2 of the Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe's, at least one of them has bacon on it, no charge to me. Every. Single. Time.

Wendy's is usually great for that fast experience and fresh service. However it must have been an off day but the staff seemed very rude and un professional. The food was hot and fresh as expected when we did get what we ordered. Probably wont go to this location again. We have been to many locations across the Country and in Canada this was the first rude experience simply ordering the same food we always do.

Few employees which wouldn't be an issue but only the cashier knew what was going on. I felt bad for her. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Paid online otherwise I would have left. When I got my order fries were mushy. Ordered a kids meal never got the toy.

Waited 30 minutes in drivevthru to get incorrect order for daughter and soupy frostys...and salad entree. Attendant spoke poor English...hard to understand on crsppy speaker too...did not tell me total if order!
