Very friendly staff. They did let us know the wait would be a little long, but that is ok. I'm choosing to go out to eat, and I will wait an extra 5 min to make sure my food is fresh and cooked right.
The food is ON Point, particularly the wings and cajun corn, but the customer service can be subpar at times. I once ordered 20 wings there, and was shorted on 4 of them. I called to express the issue, they offered to mail a gift card, but I NEVER got it.I returned a few months later to tell them I wasn’t the lucky recipient of that gift card, and shorty (the cashier at the time) told me it was returned to them and, as a result, they sent it to “someone else.” That was QUITE...
It was my first time ever trying wingstop and i was very impressed, there was an 8 minute wait and I was given a complimentary glass to have something to drink while I waited for my order and I am very happy that I came to this restaurant and will continue to do so and we had very good service the service was impeccable it was awesome so shout out to Wingstop here in Fargo I also did a mukbang video on my YouTube channel in Lindenwood Park and Shout It Out this location Wingstop....
