Service is good and quick, my only gripe is the side salad. 3 dollars for literally a handful of lettuce and a few slices of tomato. I guess that's what I get for trying to eat healthy at Dairy Queen.
Great customer service. I've never had an order incorrect. The drive thru can be long and dangerous at busy times, with cars sitting out in the road and blocking traffic, but that's not really the restaurant's fault.
I placed an order with the app for the first time, customizing a burger before clicking the "make it a combo" type button. Came to find out after getting the order that the button to make it a combo REMOVES any customization of the item prior to clicking the combo button. So I want to say thanks to Grace for remaking my burger even though the order was technically right due to some wonky app coding and she didn't have to remake it, but she did and it helped make...
