This new manager is doing a good job. Customer service is decent. I haven't noticed negativity or abuse. I guess it would be good if the people in customer service didn't look like children sitting in church, against their will. This review is a snapshot of this time period. Anything can change at any time.Actually, sometimes Hugo's prices are okay.
