I get pad thai wherever I go because it's my favorite and it's always the same dish. There's really only one way to prepare it so the taste and presentation is, for the most part, consistent between restaurants. The pad thai from Noodles and Company, however, I wouldn't even call pad thai. It was honestly still tasty, but pad thai it was certainly not. If you want a yummy noodle dish, great! If you're expecting traditional pad thai, you might be disappointed....

Dined in and ordered “Mac and Cheese with only bbq.” Got some crunch shit or whatever. Didn’t even take a bite of it. I returned it and left. Keep the money I could care less.

Everything was good… until I was halfway through my bowl of pasta and realized that both my Parmesan crusted chicken and spinach weren’t in my bowl. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, there’s no way to request a credit in the app, even though I ordered ahead. It’ll be awhile before I’m back
