I am now a fan of the pumpkin spice latte!
walked in for a gift card . literally 7 people working. 1 lady ringing in one customer. i stood there in line while 2 other ladies were making drinks...for 6-8 mins didnt get served... then one other employee came up in front of the two cash registers she decided to start doing some dance towards her co workers then went back to the group of non working ppl.. needless to say I walked out with no gift card..place is a joke !!

This Starbucks location has had issues with timely service in the past, but with new management, there is hope for improvement. The morning crew, led by Jennifer, has shown exceptional service despite being short-staffed, smiling and conversing with guests while efficiently handling orders. However, during peak hours, such as the first Saturday after PSL season opens, the location can get extremely busy, leading to longer wait times. Despite the chaos, the crew remains level-headed and works hard to deliver orders, including popular items like PSLs.
