I absolutely love the atmosphere in the Board Room & each time ive been in everything I’ve gotten is great. Alanna (I’m sorry if it’s spelled wrong) was working so hard this morning & was doing such a great job. She was so sweet & i can’t wait to be back!

I did a graduation event last Saturday with The Board Room and it was all-around SUCH a fantastic experience. Kira, their event coordinator, as well as Sandi are such kind people who really want their guests to have the best experience possible. They are very hands-on and are so willing to help. I definitely am going to recommend The Board Room's locations for my future clients!!! <3

Nice space, several tables. I had the Dill board and the spring iced tea flight. Both were good, although the popcorn should probably be separated from the pickle juice if possible it got really soggy and stale really fast. It was fun. I want to try the other boards now. Service was slow but pleasant. Would definitely recommend, just not if you are in a rush

Pictures look great, right? Well turns out they don’t have those donuts - they make them “as needed”, whatever that means. Don’t show pictures of items you don’t have. The menu at the drive thru is very small. I was told they only have donuts “as needed” , so I ordered a hot chocolate that took quite a while to get. Finally, my dog was in the car and they have a picture of a very nice looking pup cup on their drive up window. The woman handed me my hot chocolate and was like “thanks, bye” as my dog looked at her with her head sticking out of the window. Bottom line, a lot of great looking pictures, but don’t appear to have any of these items. I live on the south end, and was really wanting to make this place a staple, even sent a lot of the pictures on their website to friends and family and was like, who knew? Let’s try it! Guess there is a reason there isn’t a whole lot of talk about it. I would recommend trying any other place.

I have never had a bad drink from the board room! My go to stop for coffee when I am in town. The drive thru is a bit on the slower side compared to other coffee spots but worth it for the quality of drinks in my opinion!

My order cost $25. I got a breakfast burrito and the cold brew flight. The burrito is good but it is tiny. I'm not sure if this is because they are catering to an audience that eats small portions but this isn't enough food for the price. Understanding this is not a large chain and things cost more, it still doesn't feel adequate. My cold brew flight got forgotten about and I had to go ask about it 30 minutes after my food came. It took another 5-7 minutes to get that. I understand things get missed but it'd be nice to offer some sort of reimbursement or an apology at least. Overall, this place isn't bad but the food is portioned very small and the service could definitely be better.

Recommended dishes: Cold Brew Flight

Possibly the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! The bagel was fresh and chewy and the pepper jack cheese and special sauce offer a perfect little kick. The nitro cold brew is delicious as well, and very smooth. I also tried the breakfast burrito and it was dank. 👌 Takes a bit to get your food here, but it’s worth the wait! Cannot wait to go back when we’re in town again. 🤤

The workers are always friendly and will help you pick out a drink if you can't decide. The place is clean and has some great seating arrangements. Tables and chairs or sofas to sit at.

Such a cute place and nice staff! Had the everything bagel breakfast sandwhich and it was phenomenal. The hot miel coffee was also delicious with whipped topping!
