It was ok. gained a star because the food was decent Service was slow. Waitress spilled drink on counter…which is understandable but offer to help clean it up? Also heard them gossiping about the group behind us…at least be quite about it 🤷🏼♀️.

Waited a long time to be seated. It was not very busy and there were plenty of workers. We sat for longer than 10 minutes and we were never even spoken to. We left and went to another restaurant that served us like they wanted our business.

Been in North Dakota (Jamestown) for 3 months and couldn't find any authentic food till I went to Bismarck and found this place... Damn good food... Highly recommend it...
I came in for a to-go order for myself knowing I was going to have to wait a little bit. The staff was friendly and smiling but when I was allowed to give my order I was told to wait till a person who was able or allowed to take my order directed me toward the back of the restaurant toward a different till, at which time I gave my order. I gave my order and then I proceeded toward the front of the restaurant again but then I turned around and headed toward the back of the restaurant again and ask them where I should wait, I was then told that I could sit in one of the chairs in the back or outside. I asked in my order if I could get an extra ketchup and a side of jalapenos to go with my meal, I realize I should have checked but to my disappointment after I had made it a ways from the restaurant that they had not added the jalapenos or ketchup. These details may seem small to others but to me the jalapenos are what made the burger better than what it was which was a good burger to start with to be honest but I always eat my French fries with a lot of ketchup. Don't get me wrong, the food was very good I'm going to stop was friendly with the staff seemed unorganized

I haven't eaten at an Applebee's for a long time and they used to be consistent with good quality food options. Sadly however things have changed and it was an overall disappointing experience. The food was mediocre, not much by way of presentation. The chicken wings hardly had any sauce on them and when we asked for more sauce, it was very different than what was on the wings originally. Good size portions but no real care in putting together a pleasing looking meal. The saving grace of the restaurant was the staff the hostess and our server Jesse were both lovely. Jesse was friendly and attentive, and quick to respond to any of our requests.
