Ordered pickup as we were driving through town, ordered at 6 for 8:20 pick up, got there at 8:20, wasn’t ready until 8:35. Ordered oriental chicken salad, which ended up being grilled chicken salad with lemon olive oil vinaigrette. Chicken Quesadilla had almost no chicken, burger came with no ketchup. We were fed so that was the priority, but disappointed for sure.

Sat at bar for 45 minutes had drink ordered after ten minute wait was never offered another 10 minutes after that has order taken appetizers never showed up watched other customers arrive after me finish their meal her dessert finish that and pay their check finally I just got up and left awful service don’t risk going here hungry you’ll be disappointed

Excellent Service Saturday morning it was a very busy place, we were one of several large partys The host or Manager and Our server were wonderful. Our food took quite awhile but was expected with so many big tables. SERVICE WAS 10/10

Costumer service sucks,, waited 5 minutes to be noticed to be seated.. got seated and another 5 minutes and me giving looks to staff standing to get waited on to give our order to... to communication ,, never even checked on to ask if need refills or anything... won't be coming back to this location ... ready to walk out and could care less if pay for pop and water.. numerous times staff walk by ,,clearly my empty glass sitting on edge.. not one would acknowledge..

Never fails I always walk out before even placing an order. Why? Because I wasn’t greeted for about 10 minutes then no one ever came back to take my order. It was for take out. At least tell me there is a wait?

The food was good, but the service sucked. Felt like we were basically forgotten about and had sat there 10+ minutes waiting for the bill and to go containers while our waitress was busy talking behind the bar. There was no wait to sit down due to the low occupancy but the amount of time we waited you would’ve thought they were packed.
My family wanted to give the Jamestown Applebee's another try. We came in around 1:30 on a weekday. There were about 5 tables with customers. We stood up front waiting to be seated for 15 minutes and not one of the staff said a word to us. Just about all the tables were dirty. I counted 4 wait staff seeming to be acting busy but not really doing a darn thing. I believe the man in the blue polo shirt might have been the manager on duty. He was ignoring us. My husband asked the older waitress if we could sit at a clean high top table. She said no, I will clean a table off for you. We waited 5 more minutes with no action being taken. We went to Paradiso and got TERRIFIC service. You would thing after years and years of these horrible reviews something would be done at this Applebee's.

The food was great and came out hot, but the AWFUL service doesn’t make up for it. After being sat, we waited 25 minutes before we were even acknowledged by our server, and then we had to wait another 40 minutes for our food to come out. At the end of our meal, I had to flag a second waitress down for boxes because our regular waitress had seemed to disappear. If you’re in a hurry and don’t have 2 hours to sit around, I’d suggest the Taco John’s across the street.
