“The establishment was very busy. Because it is new, the servers were a little behind on knowing what was what. I was satisfied with the chicken bowl I had, but because I was told a medium sauce was mild I was shocked to find out it was a,little spicier than expected. Also, I had the brown rice while my wife had white. We were both surprised to find they cook the rice with cilantro, something we both expect to be an option.”

“This place opens at 4 or 5. They offer a place to meet, play gaming machines,pool,pull tabs, have a meal, and or drink! It appeared many locals visit regularly! It was very comfortable.”

“My fiancé and I were on the verge of giving up our search for a restaurant that serves a perfectly prepared steak. At last, we found Buffalo Grill. Not only were the ribeye and top sirloin exactly what we had hoped for, everything else was just as delicious and satisfying. The hour-long drive was worth it. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, with a touch of elegance. The service was excellent, highlighting their hospitality, which created a warm and inviting environment. We HIGHLY recommend eating at the Buffalo Grill. Thank you, Bri, for your kind and attentive service. “I am on a short term assignment in Jamestown at one of the hospitals. I get to go to Depot Cafe regularly for my morning omelet. The food is consistently well prepared and the service is responsive. I am grateful to have found this restaurant while I am away from home. I am grateful.”

“I recently visited the wooly, and while the venue itself is quite impressive with its vibrant atmosphere and excellent drink selection, my experience was unfortunately marred by the service.

The bar’s ambiance and offerings are truly commendable, making it a great spot for a night out. However, my visit was significantly impacted by the service from the rude blonde on August 30th who assumed I spoke Spanish due to my dark complexion… Her attitude was unprofessional and noticeably disengaged, which detracted from the overall experience. At one point, she even made a comment that felt quite inappropriate in regards to sexuality, which was quite off-putting.

I hope this feedback helps in addressing these concerns, as I believe the wooly has a lot of potential and could benefit from improved service standards.

“We have visited the USA 8 times and had never tried Arby’s so this was new for us and we were shockingly surprised at how good it was. The food was hot and fresh and the flavour was fantastic. We had seen bad reviews of the steak nugget bowl but it was absolutely great, tender, great flavour and the fried onions topped it off. The Angus cheese steak was perfect and the chicken bacon Swiss was flavourful as well. The staff were helpful and service was fast. Would definitely do again”
