“I recently visited the wooly, and while the venue itself is quite impressive with its vibrant atmosphere and excellent drink selection, my experience was unfortunately marred by the service.

The bar’s ambiance and offerings are truly commendable, making it a great spot for a night out. However, my visit was significantly impacted by the service from the rude blonde on August 30th who assumed I spoke Spanish due to my dark complexion… Her attitude was unprofessional and noticeably disengaged, which detracted from the overall experience. At one point, she even made a comment that felt quite inappropriate in regards to sexuality, which was quite off-putting.

I hope this feedback helps in addressing these concerns, as I believe the wooly has a lot of potential and could benefit from improved service standards.

“When the food is made the way it's described in the menu it's great unfortunately there's so much inconsistency in how items are prepared that you don't often know what you're going to get. I have ordered from this restaurant over 10 times in the last 4 months. I almost always order the same thing which is the Asian shrimp salad. It's a toss-up if the fried wonton strips will be included, whether or not the shrimp is tossed in Korean BBQ, whether the cornbread is included, etc. This is my most recent order today. I can't say I've ever had the entire salad tossed in the sweet chili dressing so this is a first and it's definitely not appetizing to eat soggy lettuce. Again when it's made as intended it's great but it is easily a 50/50 chance whether or not it will be.“

“Stopped in at Shady’s after work and we had awesome service! It was Saturday and the place was packed. Dakota the bartender had to make all the drinks and serve the entire house food and drink as they were short handed due to Illness. I can’t believe what a great job he did and also stopping to say hi and check on us! We had the Grinder pizza which I had never had before and it was delicious! Great place and lots of fun“

Not only were the ribeye and top sirloin exactly what we had hoped for, everything else was just as delicious and satisfying. The hour-long drive was worth it. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, with a touch of elegance. The service was excellent, highlighting their hospitality, which created a warm and inviting environment. We HIGHLY recommend eating at the Buffalo Grill. Thank you, Bri, for your kind and attentive service. Thank you, Jay and Davone, for taking the time to stop by our table, as we wanted to personally compliment you both for providing a satisfactory dining experience. We shall return!“
