I came in for a to-go order for myself knowing I was going to have to wait a little bit. The staff was friendly and smiling but when I was allowed to give my order I was told to wait till a person who was able or allowed to take my order directed me toward the back of the restaurant toward a different till, at which time I gave my order. I gave my order and then I proceeded toward the front of the restaurant again but then I turned around and headed toward the back of the restaurant...
I haven't eaten at an Applebee's for a long time and they used to be consistent with good quality food options. Sadly however things have changed and it was an overall disappointing experience. The food was mediocre, not much by way of presentation. The chicken wings hardly had any sauce on them and when we asked for more sauce, it was very different than what was on the wings originally. Good size portions but no real care in putting together a pleasing looking meal....
