Ordered four beef and cheddars. The bun was very stale. Barely enough meat to cover the bun. I asked for horsey sauce and Arby sauce. They didn't even give me enough to have 1 for each sandwich.

We ordered our food to go and waited like 15 minutes for it to be made. We got back on the road and within 15 miles of the restaurant we noticed that part of our order was missing. We phoned them and they said the rest of our order was forgotten to be made and it was a fight to get it. Not going to stop in there again. There was another customer that had the same experience the same time we had ours but his was eat in.

The food was soggy. The staff did not care. Waited 10 minutes to order and 20 just to get the food. Workers left window open and started fighting. Highly unsatisfied. Do NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASONS. Do better Arby’s!

I’m from down south. I ordered a #1 combo here and apparently a red ranch? comes on it here?? I kindly voiced my concern and told staff I didn’t like it and then didn’t care and wanted to charge me for another sandwich without it. It’s not visible on menu board an additional sauce comes with it. The red ranch is nasty. Very displeased. Not to mention this is an absolute disaster. Even if it tasted good who could cleanly eat this in the car???

Update: I had to drive there with two broken ribs. Noone would talk to me except Jacob..He should be a Manager! He even purchased my sandwich I was distraught and so much pain.
Xavier told me he didn't want to talk to me at all because of my review.
Well, Xavier, be more caring like Jacob instead of passing me around to the other horrible manager.
As I was going through everything, crying... another customer walked up to the counter with complaints. It's not just me...and noone was there when I arrived.

Very rude Managers (2 of them) because they have Ham and Swiss but I have two broken ribs and uber eats said they have to remove the sold out tag and they told me to drive there for it. They don't even show it on Doordash...I can't drive right now.
Will never buy from those obnoxious people again.
