have been here twice now. the food really wasnt bad, just like any other location ive ate at. but the employees are rude and disgusting. the first time i came here there was an employee right outside the door making out with her boyfriend, watched her go back in and she didn’t even wash her hands!! (she was handling the food!!). And its not just that either, we were getting dirty looks the WHOLE time we ate inside from the employees. we were not greeted when we got there, absolutely no manners from either cashier’s either. But Atleast it was clean and the right order I guess.

Greeted as soon as we walked in (3 p.m. on Saturday Nov 2nd), super friendly staff who were smiling and very courteous. Food was delicious and hot! Definitely recommend, and hope Arby's knows the employees working right now are superb!

How is your slogan gonna be we have the meats .. but refuse to add extra meat when someone is willing to pay the extra no wonder yall are failing as a restaurant. Would never go back.

Long wait at drive thru. Cold philicheese sandwich and no napkin for the second time in a week on the napkin. Are napkins extra?

The food was good but the service was very poor. The guy taking our order at the drive thru was very rude and had an attitude from the start. I don't know what did or did not happen before we arrived but the rude attitude remained despite how polite, patient, and tolerant we were.
