This is truly a amazing restaurant. First off, there is a nice selection. There's a ton of food you can get, not just the usual burgers and chicken nuggets/strips. Next is the very friendly staff. We were having problems with our card and instead of them taking off part of our order, they were kind and gave the part to us for free! Me and my mom was very appreciative of that! Finally, is the fast wait-times. You typically don't have to wait for longer than 5 minutes and it comes out relatively quickly.
Overall, with the amazing options, very friendly staff, and the fast wait times, this place is truly a great restaurant and trust me we will be back here soon due to how great this restaurant is. (Expect a positive review from my mom as well!). Good job guys!

The steak nuggets are terrible. Way overcooked and expensive. IMO couldn't even choke them down. Not blaming staff. Should have gotten my money back.

2 meal combos, 4 extra cheddar beef sandwiches, and a steak bowl. For 80 bucks. Rediculous. And everything was cold. The steak bowl had Mac n cheese sticky, dry, and cold and curly fries in it were wrinkled and cold too. Friendly service but the food was terrible.

Ordered in the app..$3 French Dip and Swiss... one of my FAVORITES. It was ready when I walked in to pick it up.. Kayla confirmed my order before handing it to me. She also insured i had any sauces i wanted along with the au jus . Clean restaurant. Fast service. Thank you Kayla for a great late night order! I didn't see any garbage cans outside so I had to go back into the building to throw away my wrappers after we ate. Not sure if i just didn't look hard enough or if there aren't actually any out here. There is a dumpster.

Ordered four beef and cheddars. The bun was very stale. Barely enough meat to cover the bun. I asked for horsey sauce and Arby sauce. They didn't even give me enough to have 1 for each sandwich.

We ordered our food to go and waited like 15 minutes for it to be made. We got back on the road and within 15 miles of the restaurant we noticed that part of our order was missing. We phoned them and they said the rest of our order was forgotten to be made and it was a fight to get it. Not going to stop in there again. There was another customer that had the same experience the same time we had ours but his was eat in.

The food was soggy. The staff did not care. Waited 10 minutes to order and 20 just to get the food. Workers left window open and started fighting. Highly unsatisfied. Do NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASONS. Do better Arby’s!

I’m from down south. I ordered a #1 combo here and apparently a red ranch? comes on it here?? I kindly voiced my concern and told staff I didn’t like it and then didn’t care and wanted to charge me for another sandwich without it. It’s not visible on menu board an additional sauce comes with it. The red ranch is nasty. Very displeased. Not to mention this is an absolute disaster. Even if it tasted good who could cleanly eat this in the car???
