The guy running the drive thru window on 10/30/25 at about 9:30PM has very good customer service skills. Keep it up

Worse service ever... there was no customer's in restaurant, 1 car ahead of me in drive thru at 5pm, I ordered a original chicken combo and asked for ketchup in the bag for fries. They put heavy... ketchup on the chicken sandwich (ewww) and no ketchup for fries. The guy read my order back to me, I explained no ketchup on sandwich, just packets for fries. He said ok, let me check. Came back and handed me the bag. No ketchup packets.... and the sandwich looks like it was dipped in ketchup. Dirty lot and employees were also in dirty uniforms. DONT GO HERE.

The bathrooms, woman's for sure, were absolutely disgusting. There was toilet paper on the floors, which looked to be used, and the toilets were anything but clean.
There was a worker there, I dont know her name only that she had brown hair in a ponytail and stars along the right side of her face, who came out of the bathroom stall while I was in there, didnt wash her hands and went straight back to work behind the counter handling food. The food was good, but they definitely need to clean the place and make sure their workers wash their hands.

The employee working the drive thru today between 2pm and 3pm was absolutely lovely, patient and professional. She made a very bad, stressful day a lot better and I hope she sees this.

At BK, we ordered via the drive-thru. The order was the definition of incorrect. When I received the food, My order was just plain patties with a couple pieces of bacon... there was no cheese or special sauces you put in the buger. I'm so glad we had BBQ sauce handy. For the food we bought, it felt like more than 5 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru line. I'm glad I wasn't hangry (angry + hungry).

We came in at 10:30 this morning right as the menu changed to lunch. My PLAIN double cheeseburger that I ordered came with everything on it AND WAS COLD! My husband’s burger was cold also. Is it seriously too much to ask to microwave the burger so the cheese melts and the meat is hot? The only thing that was hot was the onion rings and fries. The cook in the back literally has his belly hanging out of his shirt while he cooks. Thanks for ruining the beginning of the third day of our week long road trip to Alaska. $22 for two cold burgers! Thanks a lot!
