If I would have got my refund I wouldn’t have left another bad review for you guys. So I had a DoorDash order from this place, mind you this my first time trying Burger King. I ordered like some kind of bundle and it came with 3 medium fries and as the dasher is picking up my order he sends me a message saying “no fries” I was so confused because how do you run out of fries…. And I asked the dasher if there was a substitution because he didn’t explain anything to me, I also ordered 2 fanta oranges and they didn’t even tell me or give me an option to substitute the drink they just gave me whatever. So when I got the order I asked the dasher if they switched the fries out with anything he said no. ALREADY PISSED. So I go to eat my food and there was actually no fries in there and I also paid for some cheese on one of my chicken sandwiches and never got the cheese. I went up there to get a refund the Manager told me that he couldn’t give me a refund and that I had to go through DoorDash. I went through with DoorDash support, THEY DENIED MY REFUND. So all that money was wasted, if you want to order from here you see all the horrible reviews so I suggest you be careful and don’t waste your money here. The food was DISGUSTING by the way. The drinks were so watered down, had no kind of flavor.

Generally like the taste of flame broiled. Burgers, but a whopper w cheese, large fries, and large coke cost over $15.00. Their service across the country is not great, the burgers ALWAYS are barely like warm, never warm or hot, and when their fries cool off, they taste greasy. I vowed to never go back a year or two ago, but I was desperate for food as I was traveling. This is a horrible place for a hot and reasonably priced meal.

Normally the onion rings are good. But today they were hard and tasted like they were fried in grease that was not changed for a few days. Ended up getting thrown in the garbage. Must have new employees that did not get trained very good.

Took well over an hour to order a kids meal and a whopper... stood in line for like 45 minutes. Took another almost 30 to git the food. Hire more people if your under staffed!!! Simple solution for a simple problem. But food was decent for fast food.

No marinara sauce with the cheesy tots. I've always received marinara sauce. They're not good without it.

Slow very frustrating to sit at the speaker and be told they will be with you in a moment and 10 min later you just leave since the 2 cars at the window still haven't been served! Tried another time and was the only car in drive thru and it took 18 min for a burger!
