I am one of the few people in Jamestown that luvs BK. Never had a problem, until today.. brought my family there, 8 people. My husband and I got there at 11:45, FF and Onion Rings were piled high in the warmer, the rest of my party got there at 12:10, they didn't have any business but 2 other tables, we ordered in one group,$55.00, next was $20.00, next was $15.00 , that's $90.. got those cold ass FF and Onion Rings that were there for half hour already since nobody...
This place is really improving in the last month or so a lot of changes are being made and they are great the staff is getting friendlier the place is getting cleaner the food is tasting better even I don't know what they are doing differently but keep up the good work I see improvement constantly and can tell they are continuing to work on improving glad to see this place coming back to life
