I wish I could leave them 0 starts I asked for a XL drink with light ice, after getting my drink it was missing a good amount of coffee which I asked and all she said was that because I asked for like ice the cup wasn’t full. HOW RIDICULOUS!! Tell me, how can I get the XL amount of coffee if I ask for light ice? XXL?

The manager who runs it is super-nice and very efficient. I live just 1 block over and always have my morning coffee there, and for just $3.35 I get an excellent black coffee that actually has some taste being that so many coffee houses nowadays put the least effort into normal, non-fancy brews.
