Favorite coffee shop, but the person at the register did not ask if I was a member, which i am, I ordered a 32 ounce iced Americano, received my drink and it was half full of coffee, I was shocked, never have had such poor service
The Chai is perfect. We used to live in ND and could enjoy a nice Chai anytime. We are visiting this time, and Caribou was on the top of my list to visit. Caribou never disappoints.
The manager who runs it is super-nice and very efficient. I live just 1 block over and always have my morning coffee there, and for just $3.35 I get an excellent black coffee that actually has some taste being that so many coffee houses nowadays put the least effort into normal, non-fancy brews.
