The Chai is perfect. We used to live in ND and could enjoy a nice Chai anytime. We are visiting this time, and Caribou was on the top of my list to visit. Caribou never disappoints.
The manager who runs it is super-nice and very efficient. I live just 1 block over and always have my morning coffee there, and for just $3.35 I get an excellent black coffee that actually has some taste being that so many coffee houses nowadays put the least effort into normal, non-fancy brews.
Caribou Coffee Shops are my favorite. I'm disappointed they didn't have a 10 cent off question, but they were short staffed and running. (My disappointment was because there was no question, not the missing 10 cents off.)
