There was a pretty young crew working when I came to pick up a big order for the guys in the field and they got EVERYTHING right!! And it was pretty quick too- keep up the good work, we appreciate you guys!
So, we visited the new location for the first time and used the drive thru. When we got to the 2nd window to pick up our milk shakes, we had to wait, and there were several people inside just standing around. When the guy got the shakes made, the person from the window had walked away, so we had to wait for her to come back.
Pretty hit or miss with the service there. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's terrible. They need to train all their staff so they know what to do. Some of the employees don't know what they're doing. Some of the employees are great though.
