The staff is awesome here. They made me feel very at home. I am not from Jamestown and notice no starbucks here. Someone told me they make them at this coffee shop, They do! It was very good.

AMAZING. i’m still currently in here while typing this. im new to jamestown and i came here a couple times since i’ve moved here and those few times were still great but today really solidified my review of this place. :) her name is brittany and she served me and my sister AMAZING. we weren’t too sure what we wanted at first but she just new all the right questions to ask, she asked us both if we wanted coffee or energy, my sister wanted coffee and she asked her if she wanted sweet coffee or coffee that tasted like coffee, my sister got sweet coffee and brittany requested her to get the “tiktok” drink and my sister LOVED it, she just knew all the right questions to ask, for me i wanted energy and i asked which are the best ones and after more talking she told me abt which 2 flavors i asked abt and she explained them perfectly 🙏 she was amazing!!! super sweet and she helped us out perfectly!! she also asked if we wanted punch cards and ofc we said yes and then she punched the whole card!! 😊👏🏻 BRITTANY NEEDS A RAISE. and shout out to the girl that made our drinks don’t know her name but they were bomb!!! 🔥🔥

The coffee was pretty darn good. I usually get hot lattes here. I enjoy them, but the staff was not very friendly, they aren’t ever very excited to serve you, or talk. Could really be a great place if the environment was much better

Cami made my caramel coffee drink and it was amazing
I come here often !!! Everytime I come here I order the same thing however each time it tastes differently . Whenever I ask to remake it they give me an extreme attitude or try and charge me for their mistakes . I’ve tried asking for a refund but all the girls who work there claim they don’t know how to process a refund . For just about $10 I’d like to enjoy my drink , if this continues to happen I will no longer come back . Not to mention this place serves “Starbucks “ but can’t seem to make the drinks right .

It’s been nice. Great snacks, good essential groceries, drinks are decent. Only issue are their salads. Sometimes they aren’t fresh and taste bad. But everything else is nice.
