I was able to experience a wonderful meal and time at Paradiso. I ordered the soft shell beef tacos and they were delicious. The food was platted so nicely. As I ate I couldn’t help but notice the amazing teamwork the staff displayed. I felt seen not only by my server Juju but by the manger as well when he came and had a conversation with me mid meal because he noticed I came and ate by myself. I was served by everyone in the restaurant, my server, the manger, and the host all made sure my experience was nothing but the best. I will definitely be coming back again! This is truly the diso way.

My mother and I met in Jamestown, and decided to go to lunch at Paradiso. The host was very good and personable. We were seated quickly at a requested table. Our server came and got our drinks and when returned brought the chips and salsa as well. Some time later, a party of 6 or 7 came and were seated. In quick fashion, they got their salsa, chips, and drinks. My mother and I were sitting there, server does not return. BUT, he started to take the large party's order. We walked out then. When leaving, I asked to speak to the manager on duty. He came up, and I raved how good the host was. She was good and she thanked for the compliments! The supervisor acted like he could care less and didn't care. No apology no nothing.

I recently ate here on a road trip through the northern states. It was going decent until my receipt ended up having an incorrect, higher suggested tip amount. I don’t mind because I usually don’t pay attention to that, but I can see this misleading future customers. Overall, decent experience though!

This was a convenience option to eat here as it was on a prime location and looked inviting! The starter chips and salsa were a total bust! The chips tasted like store purchased and over cooked crackers, and the salsa was the cheapest brand out of a jar! Pretty disgusting! We nearly walked out, expecting the food to be the same! Our food arrived after quite some time, as the waitress stated, "even though we're not busy, they made your food wrong and had to redo all of it!" Much to our surprise, the food was good! Not a true Mexican flavor, but a tex-mex bland taste! Overall, it was worth the time and effort with all the hiccups along the way! Parking was good, the facility was clean and the staff was friendly!
