Pizza was Mehh.. FRIED CHICKEN WAS AMAZING!!! They should rename it to Chicken Ranch 🤣

Hot food & desserts were great. Salad & soup bar was a mess . No soup, many ingredients in need of refill. What was there was good. Staff, the girl at the cash register, was trying to get things caught up. Possibly short on staff??

While a friend and I were at the salad bar a worker was replacing garbage bags by the booth. She came and started grabing the salad wear and standing the utensils upright. She did this right from the garbage, she even laid garbage bags on the salad bar beside me while I wad still fixing my plate.And then with out washing her hands she without gloves she brushed the food back into the contains. We didnot get to enjoy our meal we only wanted the salad bar. This is cross contamination and completly uncalled for.We paid for the salad bar yet could not eat what we paid for. I was not impressed that I brought a friend and this is how our dinner ended up being.

The food wasn't bad. Not phenomenal but good. The waitress staff pleasant.
Kid-friendliness: There were kids running around everywhere, but they were polite.
Food was horrible and extremely overpriced. Pizza was half stale even when they just brought it out. The ice cream machine was disgusting and had chunks in it. I would not recommend coming here at all
I asked for a ta o pizza from a gal and she said she would put it in so was patient and waited the gal never came back so I went to the salad bar and on my way back to the table asked a guy about it he said he would check on it and never ever came back and there was lots of old food for pizzas on the warmer so never ate any if the pizza so I'm very pissed about this usually never have an issue here but I did today so I'm not sure if I'll come back again. Im very disappointed.This seems to happen alot Gwen Nelson

Went in on a busy Sunday afternoon. Food was on the buffet and they had several varieties of pizza and salad.. It seems the demand was a bit much for them to keep up with. They were better than several sit-down places we tried. The service was okay and the food was okay. Prices were a little high.
Top notch! I love Pizza Ranch wherever I go. Jamestown is the 197th location The Legendary Pizza Ranch Guest ever visited.
