Lobby of the shop was closed. Drive thru was open but incredibly slow. Menu did not have prices, which should have been a sign to leave. One small chai was $6.50 and a small specialty coffee was $7.75.

Good coffee, friendly staff, what more can I say? It's at the end of a strip of businesses, and the sign out front is so small you might miss it if you don't spot the drive-up window, but the coffee is worth the stop.

The self-checkout machine at the grocery store and I have had better conversations. The people working have a severe communication deficit. The customer service is terrible; I'm not sure if it's because they despise their jobs and like to take it out on the customers, however, the level of respect and customer care is abysmal.
