Lobby of the shop was closed. Drive thru was open but incredibly slow. Menu did not have prices, which should have been a sign to leave. One small chai was $6.50 and a small specialty coffee was $7.75.

Good coffee, friendly staff, what more can I say? It's at the end of a strip of businesses, and the sign out front is so small you might miss it if you don't spot the drive-up window, but the coffee is worth the stop.

The self-checkout machine at the grocery store and I have had better conversations. The people working have a severe communication deficit. The customer service is terrible; I'm not sure if it's because they despise their jobs and like to take it out on the customers, however, the level of respect and customer care is abysmal.

The drive thru is a terrible experience. I would go inside whenever possible. They should not serve food in the drive thru. The bad service is not based on the people, it is based on the drive thru setup.

Upon entering I could hear the steam wand steaming milk and the espresso grinder running which is not uncommon for a coffee shop, But it ran the entire time I was there. And I was the only person inside and there was two cars in the Drive-Thru. When they weren't looking I put my hand on the Mazzer grinder and could feel that it was overheating. When I asked them if they grind up that much espresso usually they said "yes". That was my first clue.They Propped the milk picture under the steam wand and allowed it to just steam milk until it sounded like it was a rocket heading to space. 2nd clue.Not the friendliest crew I've ever met either. The atmosphere was nice, typical of most standard coffee shops. Bad habits make Bad Coffee.
