If I could give zero stars I would. We arrived on a Friday evening at about 8pm. It took them about 10 minutes to even seat us (that should have been our first hint to leave) but we were seated and ordered drinks, and waited about 15 minutes for those to arrive. They didn't have what 3 of the 4 of us ordered so we had to make different choices after waiting. I can't even tell you about the food because we waited for over 30 minutes for a flatbread, a wrap, a salad, and 1/2 a sandwich. I dont care how good the food may or may not be we've been here for an hour now and are still waiting....update, the food was terrible.
Place needs help. They are trying but its like watching children try to run a restaurant. I don't even have time to list all the misses...cuz it was the whole experience. I honestly felt bad for them. Whoever made the decision to get ride of the old staff for the new management and new staff has made a massive mistake. I have been coming here for 9 years and this is truly disappointing.
Best food I've ever had in Jamestown. The general manager is top notch. Him and his crew exceeded my expectations 10 fold. You wont be disappointed.

I’ve been comin here for years since it was Sabeers. If I could give zero stars I would. The food has SEVERELY gone downhill to where it’s unedible. Food is horrbly overpriced. We Been coming for years and won’t be back.

Walleye fingers we're delicious! My kids loved them, we could have used more. The burgers were tasty, we had a bison burger and a rise and shine. The bison was a little dry, but had great flavor. The walleye sandwich was flavorful. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries! So yummy!

I've had a filet in the best restaurants in the country considering I travel the country for work this steak ranks right up with the best I've been too i would take this over Gordon Ramseys in Atlantic city or the steak house that ranks third in the country in Minneapolis filet cuts with your fork perfect flavor

The Buffalo Grill was recommended by the hotel front desk. They were right! The atmosphere was wonderful. A beautiful building. The wait staff was very attentive. The food was delicious. My husband had the ribeye! It came with a salad, onion rings and broccoli. I had walleye which came with a baked potato, a salad, and broccoli.
It was kind of pricey but it was worth it for a treat.

The food took forever. It wasn't that busy when we arrived, I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and waited for more than 40 min. Groups who were seated and ordered after us were served before us. For reference there were three people in my group. The server was nice which is why this isn't a one star review. There was nothing great about the food or the experience. I won't be back.
