Wonderful atmosphere, very festive, friendly, and inviting. Enjoyed the BraveHeart Ribeye with the Au Poivre sauce, deliciousness. Crab cakes was so, so. Compound butters were full of flavor, surprisingly I very much enjoyed the bleu cheese, along with the roasted garlic thyme. The cheesecake with strawberries đ was a great ending to a fantastic Seattle Seahawks game.

The restaurant is very charming and is well put together. We came around lunch time for the burger special. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our server to come and grab our drink order. The place was not very busy and we were fine with the wait as she seemed polite when we arrived. We also noticed another party of two had walked out after finishing their beer. They had gotten there when we did and did not recieve service. We ordered the Bison burger and the Classic burger. We were not told that the Bison burger was not part of the special. We received our food after an hour of seating. We noticed right away that the Bison burger did not come with what was listed on the menu. I asked another server politely about this, and they stated the other server knew about this and said nothing to us about the issue. She stated she would let our server, Joaquin, know about it. We wait another 10 minutes for her to come to our table and she stated that the cook told her beforehand that they did not have jalapeño jam currently and said nothing when she brought out our order. My brother ended up not eating the burger as it was overcooked and dry. The server then come and states that our order was mistakenly paid for by another table, so she decided that we would pay for that tables order with a discount. After considering the poor service and food. I demanded an itemized receipt of our bill. They took off the burger my brother didnt eat. I paid for mine and the drink. This has been the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. I won't be eating there again.

My fiancé and I were on the verge of giving up our search for a restaurant that serves a perfectly prepared steak. At last, we found Buffalo Grill. Not only were the ribeye and top sirloin exactly what we had hoped for, everything else was just as delicious and satisfying. The hour-long drive was worth it. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, with a touch of elegance. The service was excellent, highlighting their hospitality, which created a warm and inviting environment. We HIGHLY recommend eating at the Buffalo Grill. Thank you Bri for your kind and attentive services. Thank you Jay and Davone for taking time to stop by our table as we wanted to personally compliment you both for providing a satisfactory dining experience. One last note, per my request, Bri made a tasty Arnold Palmer.

Went out to lunch a few day agoâŠin the past I have substituted chicken in the place of pork, for the pulled pork sandwich. After this new staff change we attempted going back to the restaurant. My wife got her burger and the waitress said, the chef wonât make your sandwich, I said, âcant, or wonâtâ she said he wonât and to order something else. Sabirs WAS the best place in town but looks like Taps is taking that top spot now. Good luck in your future staffing endeavors.

We came to visit our son at Valley City for parents weekend. We wanted a good steak and found your restaurant. We were thrilled to try the Buffalo Grill. We arrived about 4:45 tonight and got dinner menus knowing it started at 5. We ordered waters, an appetizer, and our meals. The drinks and appetizer both arrived quickly. We looked forward to the prime rib that was written on the special board. Turned out that wasn't the special and there wasn't one because the kitchen hadn't had time to figure one out. Several of the questions we asked our waitress she didn't know and had to find out. My son and I both got the ribeye ($42), we also got a burger and a sandwich. We'd been seated an hour before we got our food. It wasn't very busy at all when we arrived to have a wait time that long. We didn't get our salads before the food and had to ask for them when our meals were brought out. I wanted French dressing and it was gone so asked for honey mustard. I got literal honey mustard and not honey mustard salad dressing. Our steaks and potatoes were cold, but the asparagus was hot. We didn't say anything about the food as we didn't have time to have it dealt with as we had other plans and had already waited an hour. I became less friendly with the waitress though and I'm sure she could tell something was wrong. Not the restaurants fault, but another booth of several ladies, maybe 2 down, was so loud and obnoxious that we couldn't even hear each other talking. We were thankful when they left. Another thing I noted was our waitress and one gentleman had on logoed black polos and the other staff was dressed in whatever; jean and a tank top, leggings and a shirt with mama stacked up and down the front, ect. For as fancy of a place as I thought it was, I thought they'd all be dressed in uniforms.
Overall, the service was slow and not great, our food was cold (2 expensive dishes), and our salads were forgotten. I likely won't ever go back.

If I could give zero stars I would. We arrived on a Friday evening at about 8pm. It took them about 10 minutes to even seat us (that should have been our first hint to leave) but we were seated and ordered drinks, and waited about 15 minutes for those to arrive. They didn't have what 3 of the 4 of us ordered so we had to make different choices after waiting. I can't even tell you about the food because we waited for over 30 minutes for a flatbread, a wrap, a salad, and 1/2 a sandwich. I dont care how good the food may or may not be we've been here for an hour now and are still waiting....update, the food was terrible.
Place needs help. They are trying but its like watching children try to run a restaurant. I don't even have time to list all the misses...cuz it was the whole experience. I honestly felt bad for them. Whoever made the decision to get ride of the old staff for the new management and new staff has made a massive mistake. I have been coming here for 9 years and this is truly disappointing.

Best food I've ever had in Jamestown. The general manager is top notch. Him and his crew exceeded my expectations 10 fold. You wont be disappointed.
