Placed online order for a salad. They failed to add any cheese or guacamole ( which I paid extra for)Mostly lettuce, tons of green pepper, very few olives ( I requested extra) and six pieces of cubed turkey. Basically a bowl of lettuce. Very disappointed. I usually have good results here, not so this time. Questioning a return to this Subway

It's just disappointing seeing this place not open. I just recommend you going to the one up mill hill. This place is just never open.

Placed an online order and it was not ready when I arrived to the store 5 minutes after the app notified me it was done. Also did not include the cookies I ordered. Overall, disappointed since mobile ordering has been the only way I can ensure my order is correct.

I told Amanda that the lettuce was brown and she put it on all the subs anyway, the cucumbers were frozen looking. I don't know if she heard me cause the radio was loud. She also touched the computer screen with gloves on and after that made my last sandwich. I will be going to the other subway from now on.

My boyfriend and I are eating here on the day of 4-26-2022.I noticed that they do not change their gloves regularly after they touch the computer that highly upsets me. I have worked in the food industry and we get that drilled in our heads. It's called cross contamination.

Went there it was a little busy it’s lunch rush I ordered 2 salads wanted both them copped up I was told they don’t chop salads anymore because it’s time consuming but every other subway I go to they chop my salad I’m not impressed with this subway and will never go there ago they will not get my business and one of the workers comes off rude, get employees who wear name tags and who can act professional they were sloppy with everything some subs didn’t have paper underneath and they were throwing food all over the bins disgusting!!
