The young man working and the older lady cleaning the seating are were friendly. Jasmine, however, needs some training. She was rude, loud, slamming stuff down. She was the person making our sandwiches. It was extremely uncomfortable and I could tell the other staff felt uncomfortable. I also saw her yelling at an elderly man who had a question. If you want to offer any good customer service I recommend you work with her on her personal skills or have her stick to cleaning bathrooms.
It's so sad this wonderful place isn't at a higher ranking. I love coming here. This is my 2nd favorite restaurant in Jamestown (behind pizza ranch) and my 3rd favorite restaurant ever (behind pizza ranch here in Jamestown and buffalo wild wings in Bismarck)

Subway is always one of my go to’s but it’s kind of gross when they don’t change their gloves here at this location. Everytime I go here I never see one change of gloves whether they are throwing things away, changing between sandwiches, doing drive through, or even touching their headsets. It’s a decent play for sure but they definitely need to step up their cleanliness and stop doing the whole cross contamination thing.
