What a joke. I'm in town for a conference. I ordered my food one hour before closing. I'm six blocks away but didn't feel like driving after drinking. When I called I'm told they threw my order away because they didn't have a driver to deliver. No call no text nothing. Won't ever ever order from this place when I'm in Jamestown. Very poor business period

I am a frequent flyer at the toco bell. They have a good prices, tasty food, and the quantity to go with it. The staff are friendly. I usually take drive through.
Breakfast crunchwrap was stone cold. Iced coffee was warm. No sauces that I paid for are in the bag. No sour cream sauce either. Thought I'd spoil myself to some taco bell for breakfast, and only received a bag of disappointment.

I made a large order at the drive through tonight for a family of 5 (mom and 4 teens) after having the app charge me twice and never getting the order through. The employees were very kind, and understanding of my frustration. And they absolutely nailed the order. It was hot, fresh, and correct.
