I love all the changes and the upscale work. The chef David can make a steak that is to die for! It melted in your mouth and the sliced garlic and seasoning was perfect! The new drinks are phenomenal! The service from the bartenders is fun and wild. Keep up the hard work you have a awesome team!!
Parking: Close to doors and plenti of spots for everyone. The service and smiley faces are warming!
Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicap spots rt in front of the doors with not far to walk.

The newly reopened Tapps Lounge is a step up for a nice evening out. Relaxing background music ,soft lighting. Hostess and servers are well dressed, friendly and professional. The food was excellent! The Chef's hand-breaded calamari,& sliced portabellas made for a perfect start. He offers an array of salads, pasta and sandwich baskets. Dessert was divine...creme brule with fresh berries plus the chef makes homemade cheesecake! Topped the night off with an espresso martini which was delicious. A lot of fun offerings from the bar, expertly crafted. There is a video gambling area for those who want to extend their evening. I know we appreciate the nicely paced timing of the evening. We didn't feel rushed and truly enjoyed our time there.

This place is really great, I came in and got treated really nicely, the people and the service were very friendly and the food was really good, very presentable and appetizing, I recommend you and your loved ones come stop on by and enjoy a great meal :)

This review in no way reflects the previous Tapps Lounge. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Someone decided it was a good idea to destroy a good thing. This was a working man’s bar. It is not a slice of elegance in a Baymont Hotel. The 4 of us decided to try it out after their re-model. I had the bacon cheese burger the other 3 had grown-up grill cheese. The burger was plain, slightly overdone and not much taste. The grown up grill cheese’s were disappointment from what used to be a great sandwich. My burger and 2 grilled cheese’s came out in a timely fashion..The other cheese came out 20 minutes later. Yes, 20 minutes later. Guess they sold part of the griddle to afford fancy table lights. I digress… the grill cheese’s had very little in way of the brisket that is stated in the description. Half the beers were unavailable. Diet Coke was flat and came in a less than 12 oz glass filled to the top with ice. Save you money and go literally anywhere else in Jamestown.
Everything was on time, people were very friendly, and the atmosphere is great
