I haven't been there in a few months, but I quit going in there after they hired some young woman of a bartender who would consistently pester me if I wanted another beer after a mere 3 minutes. I was like, I come in here to enjoy a beer and not guzzle it down, and *if* I want another one I'll kindly let you know. Obnoxious.

If you gamble, watch your machine and money. If it gets stolen, the staff is gonna give you a SOL attitude. I was even a witness.This was my second time in there. My first time was almost as bad. Very poor child like attitude from patrons. Staff was worse my second time. Think I'll stick with hitch fort or buff. No review on food. Atmosphere is poor in the evening after 7

I recently visited the wooly, and while the venue itself is quite impressive with its vibrant atmosphere and excellent drink selection, my experience was unfortunately marred by the service.
The bar’s ambiance and offerings are truly commendable, making it a great spot for a night out. However, my visit was significantly impacted by the service from the rude blonde on August 30th who assumed I spoke Spanish due to my dark complexion… Her attitude was unprofessional and noticeably disengaged, which detracted from the overall experience. At one point, she even made a comment that felt quite inappropriate in regards to sexuality, which was quite off-putting.
I hope this feedback helps in addressing these concerns, as I believe the wooly has a lot of potential and could benefit from improved service standards.

I recommend wooleys for families that just want to have a great time instead of having to scream like you do at the corner bar, which I don't recommend but I do recommend shady's also wich is located in the gladestone Inn & suites & this bar is amazing due to the fact it's connected to a restaurant oh you also enter the bar from the pool area if staying there for drinks or just staying in the hotel.
