“Who knew I'd find some of my favorite beans in North Dakota?! I grab a bag of beans from nearly every roastery I visit for the first time. From here I took home bag of lightly roasted Ethiopian beans and made delicious pourovers for a month. I've had many pourovers at this point but these made some of the most memorable cups.

During my visit I picked up a medium cold brew (excellent!) and avocado toast (avocado, tomato, sprouts, hemp seeds, chia seeds on multigrain bread​, $6.00). The toast was splendid. I found no browning of the avocado and the tomatoes were fresh. I do think the bread could have been toasted longer. I did receive the same blank-stare, awkward service at the counter as mentioned in a couple other reviews. I'll be using the drive-thru if I ever find myself here again.“
