The Red Light Bar has amazing burgers and sandwiches. I’m a displaced local since moving out of area 18 years ago, but I look forward to my visits back home. This trip we got the prime sandwich, beer cheese burger, and hula burger. Great stop for some local charm and good food!

First off, no doubt this wonderful gem located in the small town of Max North Dakota serves the best burgers in the entire state. Wife and I were visiting our family nearby and decided to try this out for lunch,her uncle and I got the Western Patty Melt, my wife got the queen Victoria burger, and we got her father the poutine burger.... holy smokes! All of them were fantastic! Locally sourced ingredients. Home made sauces. Beautiful location next to a big pond. Cheap drinks and warm nice people. Can't wait to come back!
