“For what they have, and what you could ever justify for a market this small, Cory is doing a better job than I ever would have thought possible. This is a drinks program that stands well, well above anything I have ever had outside of a major city, and is on par with quite a few programs that command global attention. Drinks are well-balanced, leaning a little bit on the sweet side, but not cloyingly so, so they'll be approachable for everyone, local plants are put to great use as garnishes and there is a very global slant, especially in the amaro selection. Prices are roughly 60% of what you might expect to pay in the cities where something like this would normally be found.

“Well run place with staff that was very nice. Food all through this town is pricey but with that understanding is was good. The staff was very nice, and the place was easy to get to. Be warned - there seems to be nowhere in town to get a meal after about 9pm.“
