Drove by on a Sunday night (no idea it existed, I don't live in Minot) and it was great! Had a beer before they closed. Super good bartender that told me all about the history of the building and even had a neat book to look at. The IPA was excellent!
A cute cottage structure houses this brewery and tap house. They certainly make the most of their space. Wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I tried the Straight outta Hopton which is a pretty solid West Coast IPA. Low IBU and a 6.3%ABV.

I loved Atypical Brewery while visiting Minot! During my week here, I visited twice and had a great time both visits! The little cottage it is located in is adorable, and is the coolest setting! The bartenders are all very friendly, as well as everyone around the bar when I was there. I had a great time meeting different people there, and they remembered me from my first visit!
