“Just had Monty's BBQ with my wife and it seriously hit the spot. We tried the brisket, burnt pork ends, pulled pork, and spicy sausage. Every bite was solid but those burnt pork ends were next level. Smoky, sweet, and melt in your mouth soft. I’m honestly mad I didn’t order 2 pounds of them. For sides I had the potato salad, pinto beans, and mac and cheese. All were on point and balanced the meat perfectly. If you're into legit BBQ, Monty's is worth the trip.“

“I have eaten at barbecue restaurants across the USA. Not only was this restaurant (Bones BBG, Minot N. Dakota) meal the best, nothing, even comes a close second. I tried to give my son some brisket. I couldn’t because every fork attempt only held a micro piece. That tender. Every fork just fell apart into little pieces. The ribs. Ohh you mean the pork loin steaks covered in nectar sauce from BBQ Heaven? The beans? Ohh you meant the big flavor blasters things dancing with glee in the sauce? The pulled pork? Ohhh you meant that stuff I inhaled like a wild animal? This restaurant should be illegal as it breaks the law on how BBQ is supposed to taste according to any regular competition. Be a criminal and eat here until either your stomach explodes or you can’t fit behind the table anymore. I do not know these people. I just know God & good food.“
