I have eaten at barbecue restaurants across the USA. Not only was this restaurant (Bones BBG, Minot N. Dakota) meal the best, nothing, even comes a close second. I tried to give my son some brisket. I couldn’t because every fork attempt only held a micro piece. That tender. Every fork just fell apart into little pieces. The ribs.
