Usually come here all time I’ve had better donuts,, and these donuts are frozen not made fresh like real bakery bt for yall to not give me my refund after I told u I cancelled it bc ur third party app stole my donuts is sad ,,, u would think u want to keep business with ur regular customers knowing how businesses round here can be bt I never received my refund or my donuts the third party app stole donuts nobody gave me my refund money back yet they told me contact merchant this lady act like she couldn’t refund my money like she don’t care so bc this I give this place one star I will never go there again so do not use they third party app bc seems like thy don’t like giving money back and they don’t care if u cancel and thy don’t care if you received ur food or not so yall can kick rocks just like rest of these restaurants out here !!!!

If you don't like this themed donut shop, then get with the times. Missouri roast coffee was an unexpected treat. My sour cream cake donut melted in my mouth. The apple fritter? Who makes fritters anymore? Wonderful. Had Bismarck's, not jelly filled donuts. The dude behind the counter, Friday morning was extremely accommodating to my eat coast attitude. Just wish I would have found sooner. Stay in business....support this shop....

Save your money and just get donuts from Walmart, they taste the exact same. We’ve went multiple times and they’ve been rude everytime. Workers always act bothered by your presence and annoyed if you ask them a question. We went to try it one last time today and they were rude once again so we just left. I recommend going to Minot’s Daily Bread instead. Their stuff is actually fresh, worth the money, and they are nice lol. In short… Bearscat is cheeks.

Bearscat came through for me on graduation party day! I ordered doughnuts from another business and they did not have them made though I ordered them weeks in advance. I called Bearskat and told them the situation and though their policy is to get large orders a day in advance, they got the several boxes of doughnuts ready for me so the party could go on! They were very kind and willing to work with me on super short notice. The doughnuts were amazing and this is my new go to for all doughnuts. I can't rave about them and their customer service enough!! You will not regret doughnuts that are so fresh and soft that they nearly melt in your mouth!! Thanks Bearscat for being a hero that day for me!
