Coming from California with the abundance of food choices there, I was pleasantly surprised to have found one of the best Caribbean restaurants this far up north. The owner and the workers are friendly. The food is top notch. I’ve been in Minot for 7 days and I’ve visited this place 4 times already. Their food is like a warm hug to the soul!
As always ziggy’s did it again with their shrimp pasta! Large portions and will have you leaving stuffed! Definitely worth the visit
We ate here for the first time last night. The food is DELICIOUS! The portions are huge and in eating leftovers as I type. We ordered the jerk chicken pasta and shrimp pasta. The flavors are exceptional. Husband is from New Orleans and reminds us of flavors from home. Highly recommended this restaurant!

Ziggy's Caribbean Cuisine is one of the best restaurants in Minot. The food is top notch, delicious, and prepared with authentic Caribbean flavor. The oxtail, Rasta Pasta, cabbage, chicken, salmon pasta, and salmon are popular meals. The plantains are the best ever. The pineapple and ginger drink is a hit. The owner and workers are friendly, professional, and prepared. Guests are greeted immediately, which is very welcoming. The food is like a warm hug to the soul. It is not too pricey and guests get a lot of food on the plates. The restaurant smells amazing inside. Ziggy's also catered a 200 person wedding, and guests raved about the food. People have visited 4 times in 7 days and plan to return at least 3x a week.
