Took my granddaughter here while we were in Minot.The young lady making the cones was super nice and patient while my granddaughter changed her mind twice.We watched her fold and add ingredients, stuffing the ice cream into waffle cones.Delicious!

The wife and I visited on 25 May ‘23 and the ice cream was delicious. The two employees working were very kind and went out of their way to interact with our baby.I tend always forget about coldstone due to its location. Unless I’m by Target I never really remember it exists.

I do love the ice creams, the best vanilla ice cream I have, but the customer service not that much, they should trainer the kids better. Saturday night I stopped by.The door was unlocked, but the shop was closed. The girl kicked us out, she didn't even bother come back to lock the door.
