Great food and outstanding customer service. Not all sub shops are the same. I'm 62 and have been to hundreds of restaurants and sub shops across the country and it's rare to find a place where the food and customer service are top notch. I rarely write reviews but this experience warranted one. Great job!

Drove 2 hours to Minot to explore, and specifically have dinner at Jersey's (I'm from WA state, and so excited to find out Minot has a Jersey's after 5 years of living in ND). Got there just before 7 PM and the door is locked with a sign on the door saying they are out of bread. I wanted a wrap, so being out of bread is no big deal for me, but still couldn't get one. Absolutely no excuse to be closed more than 2 hours early and be completely out of bread just after a dinner rush. Won't make the drive again, that's for sure.

It was our first time at Jersey Mike’s in Minot, and we really enjoyed it! The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience overall — we’ll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this place. Using the app is very user-friendly.
I requested no tomatoes, vinegar, or oil on my sandwich and I got all 3 of those things. It is not hard to follow ordered instructions to an online order. I ordered the club which comes with bacon and guess what wasn’t on my sub…….BACON
