Excellent pizza. Pop machine and bathrooms were absolutely filthy! Used the men's bathroom, no water from the sink. Went to women's bathroom to wash my hands, no paper towels. Went back to men's bathroom for towels, machine was ripped off the wall! Went back to table and dried hands with napkins?

I got food poisoning from their pepperoni pizza, ate about half of it, i was feeling fine for about an hour or so until i started having stomach pains so i went to the bathroom and just started vomiting in the toilet for at least an hour long. my stomach hurt for the next day or 2. so if you would like to get sick be my guess and eat at marcos pizza!
It took over an hour after ordering online to get our food. The food was OK, but nothing was outstanding. Will not be ordering from there again.

Placed an order online. When I called looking for my order they said it was on its way which was over an hour. Never received the order. Called again and said it was still coming. That was two hours after ordering. Pretty hard to support a business like this.

Ordered December 31,2023. Not impressed at all with the last two times we have ordered. We were stuck with thin crust pizza which was cardboard and did not get the free cheesy bread that we ordered due to being out of yeast?? Never heard of that excuse before. I really love Marcos when they get their poop in a group maybe will try again,but not for a long time. This really sucks because we live close and would like to have it more often.

Had a birthday party at High Air Ground and put in an order. First pizza was correct, next one was wrong, and the 3rd one took an hour and a half to get. High Air staff was constantly checking on it and came back telling me they forgot to make it or had to re-make it. We finally get the rest of the order and I go to ask for a refund of some sort and the guy at the counter says there's no manager and I have to write stuff down on a note. I guess we'll see if that kid threw it away or not. ??
