I found this establishment did not live up to it’s rating. The service was mediocre and the order was not complete or timely. The food quality to price ratio was off. Overall, it was just…ok.

We've had Sammys a few ti.es and loved it but today on father's day it was a long wait for a call ahead order and the crew wasn't able to manage from what I observed..Pizza wasn't crisp like normal..limp and doughy and few ingredients and not even cut..ps we cut the pizza..where is the supervision and quality control lately?

Horrible Pasta watered down canned pasta sauce didn’t even eat it chicken looks raw no taste absolutely bland and a shame to call this place italian it should be shut down immediately now i see why it’s not busy

Ordered a pizza for the first time from here for delivery and they sent the wrong order! What we got looked like came out of the trash, and was not at all what we ordered. They offered us credit and we accepted it. When we called to ask for another pizza to give them a second chance, they said they weren’t tracking the credit for a new pizza and instead offered $10 off our next order. Absolutely will not ever be ordering from here again.
