Classic case of when does terrible customer service out weigh above average food. Food is maybe above average in comparison to most but considering you can’t pick up a ton of go order through the drive thru when you’re the only customer the have is ridiculous. 3.5 maybe 4 for the food because resurants in minot suck to begin with but 0 for customer service and not only for this experience but multiple bad experiences. My PrimeRib sandwich was delicious, their buns could use a little help bc of the large amt of meat. Smash Burger, Smash Chicken, and now the PrimeRib Sandwich all three great. My guest for dinner tonight said, his was the best cheeseburger and fries he has ever eaten, and the server in the drive through was very polite. Kudos
yummy! the chicken sandwich was so good, and the fries? amazing! hubby had jalapeño melt and he literally exclaimed how great it was. good prices too!
