Customer service could use some help. Took a while just to ask someone for my cup to fill my soda as I waited for my food. Said it would be ready at 10:34, but took til 10:39. They really shouldn't put a ready time on the receipt, because things happen and customers tend to hold a facility to the time as "guaranteed" instead of "estimated". So I think they should eliminate the ready time to avoid conflict with customers.

Don't often change my review, but last night my order was ready within 5 minutes of when the app said it would be, it was all correct, and the manager was friendly and verified everything was there before I left
